SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volumes, there might be a slight delay in shipments. Kindly allow additional days in transit for delivery to your specified destination.

SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. The rates will vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your package's journey until it reaches you.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES:

Please be aware that AGASÅGA is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied to your order during international shipping. Any additional fees imposed by customs or local authorities after the package leaves our facility are the responsibility of the customer (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES:

AGASÅGA cannot be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once a package leaves our facility and is handed over to the mail courier, we relinquish responsibility for its safe transit. If you encounter any issues such as non-delivery, missing packages, or damaged items, we recommend filing a claim directly with the mail courier responsible for the delivery. Should you require any documentation or support from our side, we are more than willing to assist you. In case of a damaged product, we strongly advise you to take photographs of both the damaged goods and the packaging as evidence for liability purposes.

RETURN POLICY

At AGASÅGA, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we want to make this process as seamless as possible. Please read our Return Policy below for more information:

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

All items except underwear are eligible for returns. Underwear items, including panties, thongs bras and bodysuits, are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. We prioritize the health and well-being of our customers, and for this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear items.

RETURN PERIOD:

For eligible items, customers have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

CONDITIONS FOR /RETURNS:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. The item must be free from any stains, odors, or signs of damage caused by the customer. For items other than underwear, they must be in resalable condition.

INITIANTION OF RETURN PROCESS:

To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer support team through our website or by email. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return request.

RETURN SHIPPING:

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.

REFUND PROCESS:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

EXCHANGES:

For underwear items, we do not offer exchanges. Please carefully review the sizing and product details before making a purchase. For other eligible items, if you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the affected item.

EXCEPTIONS:

In cases where the return request does not comply with the conditions mentioned above, AGASÅGA reserves the right to reject the return.
